Paruppu vada 2

Ingredients: Channa dal – 2 cups onion – 1 (small,chopped) green chillies – 6 (finely chopped) corriander leaves-little sombu- 1 tsp salt Method: Soak Channa dal for 2 hour. drain water and grind it coarsely. In a vessel, combine dal,onions,chillies,sombu,corriander leaves and salt. Shape into vadas and deep fry in oil. Serve with chutney of your choice.
