Chilli Gobi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 4 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tspRice flour
  • 1 tsp Maida
  • 1 tsp Gram flour
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  • a Pinch Hing
  • a Pinch Colour powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil

Method:

Bring water to a boil, add salt then drench the cauliflower in the boiling water and let stay for 3 minutes. Now drain all the water and pat dry the cauliflower.

Combine Corn flour, rice flour, maida,gram flour, salt, chilli powder, cumin seed, hing, colour powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste add little water to make it a thick paste like bhaji batter.

Deep fry  in hot oil and ready to serve.
