Ingredients:
- Plain flour 200gms
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 2tsp
- Baking soda 1/2tsp
- Eggs 2
- Butter 225 gms
- Sugar 200 gms
- Milk 2 tbsp
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Beat for 2-4 minutes.
- Pour in a greased baking tin.
- Bake in a 200 degree preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Ready to serve

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn thawed in the microwave for 1 minute 250gm Paneer (cubed)
- 2 large Tomatoes diced
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Jeera (cumin) seeds
- 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric) powder
- 3/4 tsp Lal mirch (paparika) powder
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
Method:
- Mash the thawed corn in a blender/mixer till it turns into a thick paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, once it is heated, splutter jeera (cumin) seeds, in it.
- Then add coriander, turmeric and paparika powder and stir for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Now add your chopped tomatoes. Stir it for another 4 minutes on high flame.
- Reduce the heat and bring it to medium, add mashed corn to the vessel.
- Stir for another 2 minutes and then add paneer to it. After stirring the whole thing for a minute or two.
- Leave it on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Corn Paneer is ready.

Ingredients:
- Sweet corn – 1 cup
- Butter – 1 tbspn
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tspn
- Milk – 1 cup
- All purpose flour – 1 tspn
- Water – 1 cup(Water used to cook sweet corn)
- Soy sauce – 1 tspn
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method:
- Cook Sweet corn till they are tender.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
- Mix 1 tspn of all-purpose-flour in 1 cup of water and add this to the pan.
- Add Milk, Soy sauce, Salt and Pepper to it.
- Once the soup starts boiling, add cooked Sweet corn and keep the stove to medium heat.
- Bring the soup to boil once again, then remove from heat.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken
- 1.5 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp red chili powder (cayenne pepper)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots/onions
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- vegetable oil for deep frying
Method:
- Cut the chicken into tiny pieces, tinier the pieces, crispier the end result.
- Mix the flour, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and enough water to make a thick paste.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Pour the beaten egg over the chicken pieces and mix well to coat all the pieces with the egg.
- Add the flour and spice paste to the chicken pieces and mix well to coat the chicken pieces evenly.
- Heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces in batches till golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix the chopped onions, garlic and green chilies with a little salt and fry till crispy in the same oil. Drain on paper towels to remove the oil.

Ingredients:
- Baby corn- 4
- Capsicum- 1
- Lemon juice- 1/2
- Onion- 1
- Tomato puree-2
- Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Milk- 1/4 cup
- Oil and salt- as required
Fry and Grind:
- Cinnamon- a small piece
- Cloves-1
- Cardamom- 1/2
- Bay leaf- 1/4
- Coriander seeds- 1 spoon
- Red chili- 2
- Cumin seeds- a pinch
- Fennel seeds- a pinch
- Pepper corns- 4 or 5
Method:
- Cut Onion, Capsicum and Baby corn. Keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan and add Capsicum, saute till it turns soft or for 3 min.
- Cook the cut baby corn in 2 cups of water with salt and lemon juice for 2 to 3 min. Then drain the Water.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add boiled Baby corns and fry for 5 minutes in low flame. Keep this aside.
- Fry Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Bay leaf, Coriander seeds, Red chili, Cumin seeds,Fennel seeds and Pepper corns without any Oil. Fry till it turns dark in color or for 30 sec in low flame.
- Dry grind all the fried ingredients without Water.
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add ground items, Onion, Ginger Garlic paste and fry till Onion turns into light brown in color.
- Then add Tomato pureeĀ and Turmeric powder, fry till it becomes dark in color.
- Add a cup of water, fried Baby corns and Capsicum, cook for 3 minutes.
- Finally add Milk and cook till it turns dry.
