Papaya Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • Papaya fruit pieces – 1 medium cup
  • Milk – 1 small cup
  • Milk powder or cream – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Any desired essence – few drops (Optional)

Method:

  • Put papaya pieces along with sugar in a mixie and grind it to a smooth puree.
  • Then add milk and other ingredients and grind it for one to two seconds.
  • Delicious Milk Shake is ready.

Watermelon Juice

Ingrediants:

  • 10 0z watermelon juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 shot tequila

Method:

  • In a mixer… mix the watermelon juice,crushed ice & tequila… shake very well..pour in a fancy tall glass..

Pomegranate punch

Ingrediants:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pineapple ring
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Gingerale

Method:

  • Peel and cut the orange and pineapple into sections. Juice all of the fruit and combine with gingerale.

Orange Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart water
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 lemons, juice only
  • 8 oranges,juice only
  • Cracked ice

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and strain
  • Serve cool.

Mango Juice

Ingredients:

  • Mango-1 Fruit
  • Water -quantity sufficient
  • Palm sugar-3 spoons full
  • yoghurt-1 cup

Method:

  • Remove the skin and seed of mango
  • Blend pulp of mango in mixure to make it juice
  • Add required amount of water
  • Stir well after adding palm sugar

Banana Colada

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Toasted coconut and pineapple slices for garnish

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy. If you forget to freeze the banana beforehand, add about a cup of ice to the blender.
  • Serve in a colada glass or a collins glass garnished with toasted coconut and a slice of pineapple.
  • This tastes best on a sunny afternoon
