Ingredients:
 

Fish-1 piece Seer fish (250gms)
Lemon juice &#8211; 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder &#8211; 1tsp
Salt-to taste
Oil &#8211; enough to fry

Method:

Clean the fish and marinate with lime juice.
Make a paste of the ingredients mentioned except oil. Apply over the fish.
Leave for 30 minutes. Shallow fry in oil.
