Ingredients:
- 1 small carrot
- 1 florrette cauliflower
- ½ capsicum
- 2 to 3 french beans
- 30 gms sweet peas
- 1 onion
- 1 small piece cabbage
- ½ tsp soya sauce
- ½ tsp each grated ginger and garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red chilli
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 blob butter
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
Method:
- Cut all the vegetables and heat butter in a pan.
- Put ginger, garlic and vegetables. Mix the vegetables properly and fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes.
- Put water and allow it to boil. Combine cornflour in ½ cup cold water and add to the soup, stirring simultaneously.
- Keep it to boil again. Add chilli, sauce and sugar and boil till it becomes thick and transparent.Ready to serve hot.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg crab meat, cooked and flaked, cartilage removed
- 1-1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups water
- 2-1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup onion (chopped fine)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup peas
- For Seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon seasoning (a dash paprika and celery)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
- Put chicken stock, water, tomatoes, celery, onion, and seasonings in a vessel, andbring to a boil.
- Simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
- Add corn and peasSimmer 10 minutes more (or till the corn is cooked).Add crab meat; simmer until heated through.
- Remove bay leaf.Serve hot

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fish fillets, fresh or frozen
- 4 bacon slices
- 4 medium sized onions
- 1 can tomato wedges
- 2 cans cream of potatoes soup
- 1 tablespoon diced parsley
- Mixed Vegetables
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry bacons and fish in a pan until crispy.
- Now, add onion, frozen vegetables, salt and seasoning in fried fish and bacon mixture.
- Cover the pan and keep it on a sim flame for about 10 minutes. Then, add fish in it and cook again on sim flame for 10 minutes.
- Now, break the fish with spoon and add tomatoes.
- Mix the soup, milk and cream in a bowl.
- Now, mix this mixture to the soup mixture and heat lightly and finally add crumbled bacons and then serve it hot.

Ingredients:
- Onion – 2
- Tomato – 1
- Green Chilli – 1
- Garlic – 3 piece
- Ginger – A Small piece
- Maida – ½ spoon
- Hot Milk – ½ Glass
- Salt – As required
- Oil and Ghee
Method:
- Heat a pan. Add 2 to 3 tspns of oil.
- Add Onion, Green chilly, Ginger and Garlic. Fry for some time till Onion becomes brown. Then add Tomatoes and Salt.
- After frying for 2 to 3 minutes add 1.5 glasses of Water into the pan. Let it cook for sometime. After it gets cool, grind it in mixer.
- Heat a pan and add 1 tspn of Ghee. Add ½ spoon of Maida and fry for sometime.
- Then add hot Milk and stir it for sometime till the Maida melts in the milk. Finally add the grounded mixture and heat it for sometime.

Ingredients:
- Mushroom- 3
- Garlic- 2 or 3
- Coriander leaves- 1 sprig
- Corn flour- 4 tsp
- Pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Spicy Cornflakes- to taste
- Salt- as required
Method:
- Mix Cornflour in little amount of Water without any lumps.
- Finely chop Mushroom and Coriander leaves. Grind Garlic and keep aside.
- Cook Mushroom, Coriander leaves, ground Garlic by adding 1½ cup of Water in a pan or a vessel for 10 to 15 min in medium flame.
- Once it is cooked, keep the stove in low flame and add Cornflour mix, Pepper powder, Salt. If required add some more water. Cook till it become slightly thick or the desired consistency.
- Serve hot with fried Cornflakes.

Ingredients:
- Sweet corn – 1 cup
- Butter – 1 tbspn
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tspn
- Milk – 1 cup
- All purpose flour – 1 tspn
- Water – 1 cup(Water used to cook sweet corn)
- Soy sauce – 1 tspn
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method:
- Cook Sweet corn till they are tender.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
- Mix 1 tspn of all-purpose-flour in 1 cup of water and add this to the pan.
- Add Milk, Soy sauce, Salt and Pepper to it.
- Once the soup starts boiling, add cooked Sweet corn and keep the stove to medium heat.
- Bring the soup to boil once again, then remove from heat.
