Clourful idlis

Ingredients:

    coloridli

  • 3 Cups Idli batter
  • 3 Tsp Tomato Chutney
  • 3 Tsp Green Chutney


Method:

  • Mix 3 tsp tomato chutney to 1 cup of idli batter.
  • Then mix 3tsp green chutney to one cup of idli batter.
  • Keep one cup of  idli batter separate.
  • Now spread some oil in the idli mould.
  • Then pour idli mix in different moulds.
  • Cook for 10 mins. Serve hot.
  • This idli colors  looks like a indian flag.
  • Note:

  • I like this idlis with curd.
  • Curd preparation:

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard when it pop up add 1/2tsp urad dal let dal is roasted then chopped small onion fry for few minutes.
  • Pour this to curd and adjust salt. Very good side dish for color idlis
