Kollu (Thuvaiyal) Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 200 gms Horse Gram
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 4 nos Red dry Chillies
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • A bit of dry Ginger
  • 4 Nos Garlic flakes
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Dry roast with out oil, all the ingredients.
  • Make into a fine powder with little water in the mixie.
  • Uses:

  • Useful in regularising body weight.
  • Tones u[ muscles.Increases kidney function.
