Deep fry aval, peanuts, pottukadalai, curry leaves and Kis mis keep aside.

now preparing Kara Boondhi mix gram flour and rice flour together with water to a batter like idly batter.

Hold the boondhi ladle over hot oil, pour the batter on this little by little and let it fall freely in the hot oil as droplets; fry crisp and remove; repeat for remaining batter also. now the Crispy boondhi is ready.

Mix all the items, while adding omapodi crush and add. Then take 1tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp salt mix it well.

spread the mix over the mixture mix it well .add salt gradually.taste it once then add.

Now the home made mixture is ready to eat.
