- 3 Cups Idli batter
- 3 Tsp Tomato Chutney
- 3 Tsp Green Chutney
- Mix 3 tsp tomato chutney to 1 cup of idli batter.
- Then mix 3tsp green chutney to one cup of idli batter.
- Keep one cup of idli batter separate.
- Now spread some oil in the idli mould.
- Then pour idli mix in different moulds.
- Cook for 10 mins. Serve hot.
- This idli colors looks like a indian flag.
- I like this idlis with curd.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard when it pop up add 1/2tsp urad dal let dal is roasted then chopped small onion fry for few minutes.
- Pour this to curd and adjust salt. Very good side dish for color idlis
