Ingredients:
- 1 tin of tuna fish
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 piece ginger, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- One small bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala & cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 1 large potato boiled and mashed
- half a cup of cooked peas
Method:
- Fry the fish in some oil, till slightly brown, with some salt and garam masala andkeep aside.
- Fry the onions till brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic and fry for a while.
- Add the salt and garam masala andfry some more.
- Then add the green chillies and cilantro and stir for a little while Add the onionmasala from step 5, peas and the mashed potato to the fish and mix well.
- Shape into cutlets. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Take one cutlet at a time, dip inegg, then dip in the bread crumbs.You may repeat this step for crisper cutlets. Deep fry the cutletsDrain them on paper towels .
- Serve hot with an onion salad and mint / tamarind.chutney.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fish fillets, fresh or frozen
- 4 bacon slices
- 4 medium sized onions
- 1 can tomato wedges
- 2 cans cream of potatoes soup
- 1 tablespoon diced parsley
- Mixed Vegetables
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry bacons and fish in a pan until crispy.
- Now, add onion, frozen vegetables, salt and seasoning in fried fish and bacon mixture.
- Cover the pan and keep it on a sim flame for about 10 minutes. Then, add fish in it and cook again on sim flame for 10 minutes.
- Now, break the fish with spoon and add tomatoes.
- Mix the soup, milk and cream in a bowl.
- Now, mix this mixture to the soup mixture and heat lightly and finally add crumbled bacons and then serve it hot.

Ingrediants:
- King Fish – 1/2 kg
- Onion(medium) – 6 nos(finely chopped)
- Tomato(medium) – 4 nos(finely chopped)
- Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
- Green chilly paste – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Yoghurt/Curd – 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Mint leaves(Pudhina) – 1/4 cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Lime juice – 4 tsp
For marinade:
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds(Perinjeerakam) powder – 1/2 tsp
For rice:
- Basmati rice – 2 1/2 cups
- Turmeric powder – A pinch
- Cardamom(Elakka) – 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) – 3 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) – 2 nos
- Ghee – 1 spoon.
Method:
- Marinate fish fillets with turmeric powder, red chilly powder, ginger-garlic paste and fennel seeds powder for 1 hr in a refrigerator.
- Fry the marinatd fish fillets in ghee.
- Remove them to a plate and heat up the same pan.
- Add onion and fry, till it turns golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic-chilly paste and fry for 2 mins.
- Add tomato, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves and mint leaves and cook for a few mins.
- Add yoghurt.
- Put the fried fish fillets in this masala.
For rice:
- Boil water in a vessel.
- Add enough salt, turmeric powder, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and ghee.
- Cook rice until it is done and drain. :- Make sure the rice doesn`t get sticky.
- Heat a little ghee in a pan.
- Put a little of cooked rice and spread 1 tsp of lime juice over it.
- Put one layer of the fish masala above that and repeat the process till the rice and masala are over. :- Take care not to break the fish fillets.
- Close the lid tightly and heat on

செய்முறை:
- கருவாட்டை சுடுதண்ணீரில் 10நிமிடம் ஊறவைத்து நன்கு அலசிவைக்கவும்.
- வறுத்து அரைக்க குடுத்தவற்றை எண்ணையில் வறுத்து நன்கு அரைத்துவைக்கவும்.
- பாத்திரத்தில் எண்ணை ஊற்றி கடுகு,வெந்தயம் போட்டு பொரிந்தவுடன் கறிவேப்பிலை போட்டு சுரைக்காய் போடவும்.
- காய் நன்கு வதங்கியவுடன் அரைத்தவிழுது,புளிக்கரைசல் சேர்த்து தேவையான தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி மஞ்சள்பொடி,உப்பு போட்டு மூடிவைத்து வேகவிடவும்.
- காய் வெந்தவுடன் கருவாடு போட்டு 5நிமிடம் கொதித்து குழம்பு சற்று கெட்டியானவுடன் இறக்கவும்.

Ingredients:
Method:
- Cut Onion, Green chili, Tomato into small pieces. Soak Tamarind in water for 15 minutes. After that extract a cup of tamarind juice from it. Keep all this aside.
- Heat 1/2 tspn of Oil in a pan. Add Dry red chili, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Pepper corns, Toor dal, Fenugreek seeds, Curry leaves and Coconut then roast them till they are almost brown. Then remove from heat and let it cool on then grind into a very fine paste by adding little water.
- Heat 2 to 3 tspns Oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds and Urad dal, once it starts spluttering add Curry leaves, Onion and Green chili, fry till they are golden brown.
- Add Ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes out. Add Tomato and mash it with the spatula.
- Then add Turmeric Powder, ground paste (from step 2) and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add Tamarind juice, 1 cup of water, Salt and Sugar to it. Bring this curry to boil once, then reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. At this stage curry becomes thick.
- After that add Fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes or till the fish and gravy are cooked.

Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Dried Fish
- 4 nos Onion Chopped
- 10 nos Garlic flakes
- 4 nos Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp Chilly Powder
- 2 inch Ginger
- 1 ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying.
Method:
- Soak the Dried fish in water for 1 hour and Wash.
- Cut into small pieces and fry in oil.
- Make the ginger and Garlic to a paste.Grind the pepper, chilly powder, fennel seeds and cumin with little water.
- Heat a pan and add oil, add ½ tsp fennel seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion, tomatoes, and sauté till soft.
- Add turmeric powder and chilly powder paste and ginger Garlic paste.
- Sauté till the oil separates and good smell comes.
- Add the fried fish and blend with the masala.Cook till done.
- Add little water if necessary.
- Add salt only if required.
