Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1/2
  • Green onion – 2
  • Parsley – 3 sprigs
  • Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs
  • Carrot – 1
  • Tomato – 1/2
  • Chick peas – 1 cup (cooked)
  • Pasta – 1/4 cup ( cooked)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tspn
  • Salt and Pepper – to taste

Method:

  • Chop Onion, Green onion, Parsley, Coriander leaves,
  • Carrot and Tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Mix all the vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  • Add Chickpeas, Pasta, Lemon juice, Salt and Pepper to the bowl and mix it again.
